We are delighted that Ms Pina Koch will be joining our team as an Analyst Transaction Management / Project Development from 1 April 2025. In this role, she will be particularly involved in transaction processes in the area of acquisition due diligence and the implementation of challenging property projects.

Pina Koch holds a BSc in Architecture and an MSc Management in the Built Environment. Following internships in architectural firms and at Drees & Sommer Schweiz AG, Pina Koch has gained experience working independently, focusing in particular on potential analyses, feasibility studies and profitability calculations to identify and evaluate the potential of investment properties.
