Capital Recycling through targeted portfolio optimization in Uster

At the beginning of 2025, UTO Real Estate Management AG (‘UTOREM’) sold a residential property in Uster to a renowned Swiss insurance company.

The property comprises a total of 24 rental apartments, is fully let and was renovated and optimized before the sale.

In the spirit of active capital recycling, the proceeds from the sale will be reinvested in ongoing project developments, thereby contributing to the renewal and qualitative improvement of the clients’ portfolio.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the sale price. UTOREM would like to thank all those involved who contributed to the successful transaction.
