E-mobility in Oberkirch

With regard to mobility, the global trend is moving in the direction of the sharing economy, whereby the motto is: “sharing as opposed to owning”, which allows for greater mobile flexibility. At the “Ypsilon” development completed by UTOREM for moyreal immobilien ag  in Oberkirch, a Hyundai electric vehicle has been made available for tenants as a car-sharing service, which can be reserved using an app. This enables users to travel in a carbon-neutral and sustainable way and offers them a convenient mobility solution.

The property, which was completed at the end of 2020, comprises a total of 46 rental units ranging in size between 2.5 and 4.5 rooms, a Migros supermarket and 340 m² of additional commercial space. For tenants with their own electric vehicles, charging stations are available in the underground car park.
