New Acquisition – Residential project at Birchlenstrasse in 8600 Dübendorf

For one of our clients, UTO Real Estate Management AG (UTOREM) successfully acquired a sustainable residential development project in Dübendorf.

The project consists of 52 apartments and will be completed during the summer of 2025. With its high standard materials and finish, together with the Minergie Sustainability Label, Solar panels and its E-Mobility concept, this project has been perfectly designed for the future.
