At the beginning of 2019, UTOREM acquired the commercial building at Rämistrasse 3 and Torgasse 4 on Bellevue, Zurich, for a Swiss family office. The former “Denzler Haus” is part of a historic development and is a listed building. On behalf of the owners, the 100-year-old building will undergo a complete refurbishment. Particular attention will be paid to preserving the façades with their historic architectural elements. In the interior, original elements such as wonderful parquet floors, panelling and art nouveau lighting are being restored with diginity and provide historical charm.
