Ypsilon, Oberkirch

UTOREM developed and found a new use for what were the former premises of Auto Treff AG in Oberkirch (LU) for a family office. Its utilisation rate was increased significantly thanks to a development plan and subsequent rezoning. An invitation to tender was conducted, which was won by the architectural company Morger Partner Architekten AG. The building was delivered to the tenants in 2020.

The “Ypsilon” property, which takes its name from the distinctive Y shape of the building, comprises a total of 46 rental units ranging between 2.5 and 4.5 rooms, 340 m² of commercial space, and a Migros supermarket. The residential mix appeals primarily to young families, childless couples and active senior citizens.

Share Birrer AG supplies an in-house e-vehicle for the tenants’ use, which can be booked via an app.
