Property with major potential in a central location in Zumikon ZH

UTOREM completed the acquisition of the Mettelacher property in Zumikon ZH for a private client. The former fire station comprising six apartments is centrally located in the village centre and was sold by the municipality in an auction.

The property is located entirely in the two-storey residential zone and has great potential. In co-operation with the new owner, our project development team will now take on its development and initiate and carry out the project.
