UTOREM was able to acquire an office and residential property in Kreis 4 in Zurich for a client by the end of 2022. The centrally located property is right next to Stauffacher and only a few minutes away from Zurich’s main railway station. The three lower floors contain office space, the 3rd floor and the top floor three spacious maisonette flats. The property is heated sustainably via a district heating system.

The building, which was constructed in 1993, was last renovated in 2018 and is fully let.
